The Cincinnati Zoo is a non-profit organization open to the public and located in Avondale, Ohio. Looking to deliver a better user experience for visitors and a more efficient work environment for employees, RUCKUS provided a variety of indoor and outdoor access points (APs) placed strategically throughout the zoo. Managing the APs is the virtual SmartZone controller. The zoo is also using SPoT, a software that provides location services to identity where the guests seem to congregate. The RUCKUS solution provided the zoo with exceptional Wi-Fi.
