Big Dogs, get ready to howl with an even more rewarding partner program

We're excited to expand our new partner program, RUCKUS® Big Dogs Partner Program, to bring even greater benefits to our valued partners.

There are two major things that RUCKUS Networks is known for--our innovative brand of wired and wireless networking equipment, and our dog, RUCKUS, who captures all the traits our partners value most: intelligence, curiosity, energy and loyalty.

These traits are part of everything we do. The intelligence and curiosity of our people is instrumental to how we develop, manufacture and market our solutions. Our energy is what powers us to get those solutions to market quickly for our partners.

So, what about our loyalty? Through our RUCKUS® Big Dogs Partner Program, RUCKUS demonstrates loyalty to our dedicated partners and their end customers. Likewise, our partners have always been extremely loyal to us as well. Soon, RUCKUS will make that loyalty even more worthwhile.

We’re thrilled that on October 1, 2024, RUCKUS Networks is expanding and enriching the Big Dogs Partner Program so our partners can grow with us even more. The improved program will offer opportunities to our channel partners to increase the rewards they can receive from being a Big Dog Partner.

Not just tinkering around the edges 

This is a major update to how we work with our valued partners. The biggest changes that our partners will see fall under four categories.

RUCKUS BIG DOGS Partner Program Categories

  1. We will help partners better showcase their value to customers via published Partner Services Capabilities.
  2.  We will simplify pricing by tiers and make it easier for partners to raise tiers through revamped certification processes backed by a fast-track certification module.
  3.  We will help partners build business with new specialization badges reflecting your verticals of particular expertise.
  4.  And of course, the new program will be more rewarding than ever, with a new Reward Program and increased rebates to keep partners’ sales teams more engaged and proactive.

These improvements are backed by our growing and ever-maturing product portfolios that continue to distinguish our partners in their markets.

Of course, the foundations of the program remain as strong as ever, available 24 hours a day at our RUCKUS Partner Portal, which hosts a wealth of resources and information to enable, inform and support partners to successfully sell our extensive range of solutions. Partners will be able to find the updated versions of these important and useful assets on the portal by October 4.

It’s a fast-moving industry and even Big Dogs need to hustle to keep up. Together with our partners, RUCKUS is building a better program to meet the needs of everyone—partners, customers and everyone who rides the networks we build together.
