AIOps simplifies network management by performing routine tasks for you

Artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) refers to a standard set of IT processes and procedures handled partially, or wholly, by AI and machine learning. By managing processes that occur on a recurring basis, network administrators can manage the network more efficiently and reduce the risk of human errors.

RUCKUS AIOps offers an extensive list of actions under its management. To simplify the execution of AIOps and increase its benefits, AIOps functions are part of the IntentAI™ framework. Every AIOps recommendation is presented as a choice between two actions.

For example, RUCKUS AIOps may identify an opportunity to turn on Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) to expand the number of 5 GHz channels available for clients. It will ask whether you want to expand the number of available 5 GHz channels via DFS or remain with the non-DFS channels. Currently, AIOps handles nine optimizations, designed to maintain an operationally stable and efficient network. These operational activities under the responsibility of AIOps will continue to grow over time.

Lower-OPEX

Lowers OpEX

By shifting routine operational workloads onto AI, RUCKUS AIOps reduces the number of IT staff necessary to maintain the network. It monitors network operations and helps the organization’s KPIs to be continuously achieved in real-time. AIOps also reduces potential downtime, translating into significant cost savings and increased network reliability.
