Purpose of the Course 
The purpose of this course is to provide details of basic troubleshooting concepts and learn about common issues found in wireless and wired environments at each layer in the OSI model.

  • Understand the foundations of Troubleshooting  

  • Explore RUCKUS, as well as third-party tools, used in Troubleshooting 

  • Discuss issues that occur in both wireless and wired environments at each layer in the OSI model
